What's name of the episode when Jack goes back in time, and he meets his brother? I'm pretty sure its in series 2 though.

It's the last episode of the 2nd series, which is called Exit Wounds. It's where Jack goes back in time to the 1st century and meets Gray.
There are also some flashbacks with Jack and his brother in the episode 2.5, which is called Adam.
